1. Hello Ira,
   I just wanted to let you know that I checked out your book “Growing up Amish” from the library, and just finished reading it. It attracted my attention because I live not very far from Bloomfield Iowa, and in fact,have been there many times. My husband and I have known several Amish families over the years and have always admired their simple way of life, but despaired for them, as I did not think they knew the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ. As I read the part in your book of your Salvation, I cried and thanked the Lord for it. I enjoyed your book very much and just wanted you to know it was a blessing to me.
